Requirements

Qualifications

✓Meet all Michigan MiLEAP staff qualification requirements for the position.
✓Pass a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
✓Complete required health clearances and documentation.
✓Obtain CPR & First Aid certification (if required for the position).
✓Complete all required Michigan MiLEAP and MiRegistry training.
✓Complete Little Scholars Hub orientation and required training in person before working in the classroom.
✓Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to exceptional care and education.
✓Work collaboratively with families and fellow educators in a positive, respectful environment.
